After the client's expectations have been discussed and reviewed, a number of suitable candidates for the position are identified, references are checked, and interviews are arranged. <br> <br> Once a candidate is selected and has accepted a job offer from the employer, our agency will provide information or assistance in the following areas: the completion of forms required by Human Resources Canada, pre-calculated payroll deductions, and compliance with labour laws governing domestic workers. <br> <br> Throughout the selection and hiring process, our staff members are available to answer questions, negotiate job offers, and provide other assistance.<br> <br> <span class="titles">FEES<br> <br> DOMESTIC NANNIES </span><br> <br> Our fee for a permanent placement is based on the nanny's salary. Our agency fee for a live-in caregiver or nanny is one months net salary, three weeks net salary for fulltime or partime live-out position. Agency fees are payable at the end of a seven day trial period from the start of employment. <br> <br> Although ultimate agreement regarding salaries must be reached between the employer and the candidate, we will assist in negotiating a fair wage on your behalf. It is the employer's responsibility to keep payroll records, make appropriate deductions, and remit all taxes. <br> <br> <span class="titles">OVERSEAS NANNIES</span><br> <br> Our fee for an overseas nanny is $1200.00 plus GST. A deposit of 40% of the total fee is due upon the selection of the candidate.
